Park Paving Ltd. is a leading road construction contractor in Edmonton, seeking experienced Project Coordinators to support day‑to‑day coordination and execution of construction projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist the project manager/superintendent in setting, communicating, and monitoring project timelines while coordinating with construction superintendents and sub‑trades to ensure work is completed on time and in alignment with contract requirements.Collect and verify quantity measurements and test results; prepare documentsand reports for project manager review.Monitor project deliverables to ensure all crews and sub‑trades complete work on budget and to required specifications and schedules.Liaise with clients, consultants, and sub‑trades; attend site meetings and update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress.Ensure all site operations comply with safety regulations and project requirements (e.G., traffic plans, environmental plans,



site occupancy plans); conduct worksite inspections and coordinate documentation and reporting.Develop and maintain contract document compliance and schedules.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.Graduation or current enrollment in a recognized post‑secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management is an asset.Preference given to candidates with PMP designation.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with computers, project or construction management software, and Microsoft Office.Solid organization, time‑management, and people‑management skills; capable of operating independently with minimal direction.Valid driver’s license and a driving record free of major infractions and less than 6 demerits.Must pass a medical/fitness exam as a condition of employment.Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, highly productive, and high‑pressure environment while maintaining a safety‑minded and respectful work culture.BenefitsDental careExtended health careProfit sharingRRSP matchVision carePay Scale $25 - $32 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
