This is a great opportunity that can provide flexibility, valuable work experience, and a chance to work with a tenured team.Job Title: Maintenance Utility***Please note: By applying to this posting, you are applying for opportunities that may be available at any Vintage Hotels or Niagara's Finest Hotels property. ***This posting is for an existing vacancy within Lais Hotel Properties Limited.Position Summary:To perform the day-to-day general maintenance of public, guest and operational areas in a manner consistent with a four-diamond property.Duties and Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunityPerforms general day-to-day maintenance of public, Guest and operational areasResponsible for the interior and exterior painting of the propertyPerforms general repairs and overall maintenance to plumbing, electrical equipment and mechanical equipmentResponsible for the general outdoor maintenanceResponsible to respond to Guest requests in a timely and qualified mannerHaving a thorough knowledge of Lais Hotel Properties Limited's products and servicesActively seeking ways to meet Guests' product or service needsAll other duties as assignedProfessional Requirements:Minimum three (3) years experience in all phases of building maintenance is required as well as electrical, plumbing and carpentryExperience in a hospitality environment an assetExperience with painting,
