That is where you come in. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will own the Timmins region and the communities around it. You will open doors, build relationships that last decades, and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial accounts that already has real momentum behind it.This is not a script-and-quota sales job. with the backing of a company that has been part of the North for over thirty years.WHAT YOU WILL DOGrow the territoryProspect and develop new commercial and industrial clientsManage and grow an established portfolio of B2B accountsAssess customer fuel needs and recommend the right solutionsNegotiate pricing, terms and supply agreementsRepresent Recent North Fuels professionally in the field and in the communityOwn the numbersMonitor sales volumes, margins and performance targetsConduct market intelligence on competitors and pricing trendsMaintain accurate customer data and activity records in the CRMSpot opportunities others miss and act on themWork as one teamCollaborate with logistics, customer service and billing to deliver on every promise madeBring the voice of the customer back to the businessShare what you learn in the field so the whole team gets sharperWHAT YOU BRINGRequirementsExperience in B2B, commercial or industrial sales, ideally with a track record of growing a territoryStrong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skillsComfort working independently, organizing your own time and owning your resultsSolid business sense and confidence with volumes, margins and pricingProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeValid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the regionAssetsExperience in fuel, energy, transportation, mining,
