You will be the main point of contact for technical expertise and support of large‐scale solutions, triaging issues to internal support, vendors, or partners to ensure the solutions are operating effectively.All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). This position requires full‐time on‐site presence.ResponsibilitiesLead technical discussions related to configuration, customization, and administration of Windchill PLM solutions, including MPMLink, PartsLink, and ProjectLinkDesign, implement, and support Windchill integrations using REST services, ensuring reliable data exchange across enterprise systemsLead workflow development and enhancements, including lifecycle definitions, change management workflows, and business rule enforcementDevelop and maintain Java‐based customizations and extensions to support business‐specific requirementsProvide technical leadership during go‐live activities and post go‐live support, ensuring system stability and business continuityLead Windchill upgrades, patching, and environment management (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod), recommending improvements for performance, availability, and scalabilityContribute to the architecture and integration design of Windchill within the enterprise landscapePartner with stakeholders to optimize engineering and manufacturing processes,
