In this role, you will support the estimating process across a variety of commercial and institutional projects, working closely with senior estimators, project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.This position is ideal for someone looking to deepen their estimating expertise while growing in a collaborative and supportive environment.What You'll DoPrepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial and institutional construction projectsAssist with full estimates across multiple project types, ranging in size and complexityRead, interpret, and analyze construction drawings and specifications, including quantity take‐offsSupport pre‐construction planning, scope reviews, schedules, and cost plansParticipate in the tendering process, including subcontractor pricing, bid comparisons, and clarificationsReview contract documents and assist with understanding indirect costs, bonding,
