The Onboarding Specialist will coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the company culture, processes, and role‐specific training. This role ensures new team members have the knowledge, resources, and support needed to contribute confidently and quickly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, including orientation, compliance training, and role‐specific instructionDevelop and maintain onboarding materials, resources,



and schedules in collaboration with the Training teamServe as the primary point of contact for new employees during the onboarding process, addressing questions and providing supportCollaborate with HR, department managers, and trainers to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresTrack onboarding progress and maintain accurate records of completed trainings and certificationsGather feedback from new employees and stakeholders to continuously improve the onboarding experienceAssist in identifying onboarding needs and recommend enhancements to training programsSupport the Training Department with administrative tasks and training logistics as neededQualifications & Experience2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, training coordination, or related HR functionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‐service mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teamsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and onboarding software is a plusKnowledge of the traffic control or construction industry is advantageous but not requiredHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor'sdegree preferred
