Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements.We are adding to our staff pool and looking for Skilled Labourers to join our team to work on an as-needed basis.Key Responsibilities:Perform physically demanding general labour tasks assigned, including lifting, carrying, and site support in various weather conditionsAssist with site setup, maintenance, clean up, and general housekeeping dutiesLoad, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safelyInspect and operate basic tools and equipment as neededAssist with installation, repair, maintenance, and construction projectsMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasWork collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on scheduleFollow all company policies, procedures,



and health and safety protocolsQualifications and Requirements:Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstractFlexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends as requiredPhysically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labourComfortable working in a variety of outdoor conditions – rain, shine, snow, etc.Skills and Abilities:Exceptional communication skills in EnglishStrong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safetyAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and expand their knowledgeExcellent time management and punctualityKnowledge and familiarity with the mining industry is considered an assetNatt Group of Companies is proud to be an equal prospect employer.
