You will support general labour, material handling, site clean‐up, fencing, snow removal when required, and other tasks that help our teams deliver quality homes safely and efficiently.What You'll DoLoad, unload, and move construction materials safely to designated work areasInstall and maintain site fencing to help protect the public, property, and active work areasKeep job sites clean, organized, and ready for incoming tradesRemove rubble, garbage, and construction debris from homes and job sitesAssist with digging, lifting, moving equipment,



and other physical labour as requiredShovel snow and help maintain safe access around job sites when neededComplete paint sweeps and other site preparation tasksLock homes at the end of the day within the communityFollow Excel Homes' safety programs and all applicable safety legislation at all timesSupport the Site Assistant, Superintendent, and construction team with additional site‐related tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For1+ year of related construction or labour experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learnA safety-first mindset and the ability to follow direction, site rules, and safe work practicesBasic knowledge of hand tools and comfort using them safelyA strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in doing the job wellA positive, can‐do attitude with the ability to adapt when priorities changeAn interest in residential construction and a desire to continue building skills in the industryThe ability to work well with site teams, trades,
