Key responsibilities include:Lead and coordinate daily orchard operations to maximise efficiency and quality outcomesImplement orchard husbandry programmes as directed by the Orchard ManagerEnsure all orchard activities comply with relevant legislationSupervise, motivate, and develop orchard staff,
