Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Supervisor1550 United Blvd, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6Y2, CanadaJob DescriptionPermanent Full-Time (40 hours)Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); HybridIn this role, you will:Plan and manage activities needed for the attainment and maintenance of key quality certificate and licenses, export health certificates/permits, licenses, and import requestsLead the team to secure mandatory import and export documentation, liaising directly with government regulatory bodies (such as CFIA and USDA)Lead the maintenance and updates to Food Safety Preventative Control Plans (PCP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) programs as requiredSupport in supplier management program by leading all activities related to supplier requalificationSupport in quality agreement management, complaint handling, certification management programs as applicableSupport manager with staff schedule, timesheets, performance assessment and of human resources mattersYou have:Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science)Experience in a similar role in food, natural health products (NHP),
