and team building events throughout the seasonRRSP matching contribution depending on length of serviceExtended health care plan depending on length of serviceYear-round employees may be eligible for spousal and family passesJob Description:Reporting to the Grooming Supervisor, the ideal candidate will be required to safely operate grooming equipment and carry out tasks that lead to superb skiing and riding products for the guests of the Lake Louise Ski Resort.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain ski run surfaces through the safe and effective operating of Prinoth Snow catsTransport supplies to and from lodges and other locations with boxes and barge trailersClean, lubricate and perform other minor cat repair and maintenance workPerforming safety/pre-start-up checks on equipmentMonitoring gauges/equipment at all timesJob Requirements/Qualifications:Two or more previous seasons as a Snow Cat Operator requiredPrevious Winch Cat experience an assetPrevious Park grooming experience an assetSelf motivated, can work well in a team as well as independentlyMust be in excellent physical condition, heavy lifting and manual labor may be requiredKnowledge of the Lake Louise Ski Area is an assetValid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license (or international equivalent)
