Role Overview We’re seeking a

Property Management Team Leader

to guide, mentor, and inspire our high-performing Property Management team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your sole focus is to provide support and guidance to your team (no portfolio). We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and approachable team leader to lead a team of 10, reporting into the General Manager of Property Management.

Responsibilities

Mentor, train, and support a team made up of Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDM

Oversee day‑to‑day property management operations with a focus on quality service and compliance

Ensure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and inspections/reviews are completed on time

Represent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when required

Drive new business opportunities and minimise lost managements

Provide hands‑on support by covering Property Managers when needed

Other ad‑hoc duties in line with a Team Leader

What you’ll bring

Extensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act

Prior Team Leader experience in Property Management

Strong leadership,



mentoring and problem‑solving skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
