What is the opportunity?The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in South Surrey is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver concierge level service for a high performing Advisory Team.What will you do?Enhance the client experience from onboarding to year-round contact so that it is consistently smooth and on-track with the team's client service plan.Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects.Help manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors and other internal and external partners.Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients: manage timelines and key dates for accountsEnsure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements.
