In addition, the General Maintenance crew member is responsible for ensuring that all facilities, are attractive and in working order. They will provide preventative, corrective, emergency, cosmetic and routine maintenance as well as provide a number of technical maintenance services. Informs appropriate staff of any unusual activity or maintenance issues in a timely mannerMaintains all equipment to manufacturer's specificationsEnsures that all grounds and facilities are well maintainedChecks all garbage bins, emptying them when necessaryCollects garbage and recycling on land and separates each accurately to individual compactorsWorks with a safety mindset by following all safety policies, procedures and safety measures (i.E. PPE). Identifies and brings forward risks, hazards and opportunities on the job. Actively participates in health and safety in the workplaceAssists the Food & Beverage Department with any maintenance repairs required in the restaurant/ice cream area.Maintains a neat,
