You will work from drawings and specs to install membrane, insulation, and flashing correctly the first time, and you will do it safely on every site. You'llwork alongside a crew and report to a site supervisor orforeman, coordinating material handling, equipment setup, and daily progress. Good workin this role means clean, watertight installs, tidy job sites, and a crew that trusts your judgment when conditions on the roof change.
