This is achieved by transforming non-hazardous, organic materials into nutrient-rich, federally-registered fertilizers and other multi-purpose products.Location:Dundalk, ONVacancy Type:ReplacementDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure daily inbound loads are scheduled and receivedEnsure the safe and reliable operation of the OMRCOversee and lead OMRC Operators day-to-day duties, including shift scheduling, timesheet approval, and completion of regular 1 on 1’sOversee and ensure Lystek’s product QA/QC programEnsure process fuel and reagent orders are scheduledReview and approve vendor quantities and invoicesOversee Health and Safety compliance and lead H&S; meetingsSchedule regular maintenance activities and ensure the reliable operation of OMRC systemsKey Performance Indicator tracking toolsSupport and oversee 3rd party contractor worksLiaise with Lystek team members,



and 3rd party contractors supporting that work to ensure satisfied customersWORKING CONDITIONSFast-paced work workplace at an Organic Material Recovery CenterVariable working hours, though typically 8-4May require working nights and/or weekends, depending on facility schedule requirementsWill be required to work under pressure with tight deadlinesExposure to operating wastewater treatment plants, waste management facilities, and construction site environments in all seasons and weather conditionsTravel expenses paid by employerMust have the physical ability to use stairs, ladders, and walk over rough terrainEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & POSITION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma required, post secondary preferred and 3 or more years of relevant industry experienceStrong technical proficiency with a focus on heavy equipment operationExcellent communication and organizational skillsThorough attention to detailStrong knowledge and understanding of biosolids management health and safety requirementsBasic accounting principles knowledge is considered an assetProficient and professional in oral and written communicationSound judgement, reliable, and organizedValid full G class driver’s licenseWilling to work in a team environment utilizing effective interpersonal skills with various levels within the organization and external stakeholders.COMPENSATION INFORMATIONThe expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000.
