Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent not-for-profit organization, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full-time contract through March 2028. In this role, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to drive effective financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in quarterly forecasting, mid-year and year-end financial reviews, and the annual budgeting process, providing insightful analysis that supports sound decision-making and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative finance professional who can turn complex financial information into clear, actionable insights and build strong partnerships across the organization. The main responsibilities include:Partnering with program leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-makingExplaining financial information clearly and acting as a trusted finance contact for questions and guidanceSupporting managers through budget, quarterly, and year-end review cycles, highlighting key risks and opportunitiesPreparing and reviewing financial reports, projections, reconciliations,
