While core expectations remain consistent, priorities may vary.RequirementsDevelopment, Estimation & DeliveryDesign, develop, and maintain application functionality across full-stack technologiesWrite and test SQL code, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and complex queriesEnhance and maintain enterprise software written in VB.NETDevelop and support web-based applications using ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and related technologiesConfigure software through database entries and custom scriptsProvide accurate effort estimates and commit to delivery timelines during sprint planningOwn assigned work end-to-end, from requirements clarification through to deployment readinessDeliver work within committed timelines and proactively communicate risks, delays, and trade-offsTroubleshoot and resolve defects, including identifying root causes and implementing preventative fixesContribute to reducing technical debt through refactoring and improved designEmbedded Quality & StandardsPerform testing as part of development, including unit testing, integration testing,
