Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver second-level support and resolve issues rapidly • Perform root cause analysis and system performance enhancements • Build custom AI agents for incident investigation • Prepare quarterly client meetings and reports • Identify service performance trends and escalate as needed

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technology diploma • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant security experience • At least 2 certifications in Managed Security Services • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays • Robust analytical and client relationship management skills
