This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, capable of navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and aligning engineering solutions with business and customer needs.RESPONSIBILITIESLead Innovation: Identify and define new product opportunities and enhancements based on market/technological trends, customer, and legislative needs.Develop and Validate Concepts: Create, analyze, and test innovative concepts using engineering tools and prototypes.Lead internal teams and external partners to align development with business goals.Lead Incubator Session Process: Assemble and guide cross-functional discussions to generate new ideas and solutions, and follow up to implementationManage Projects:
