This position involves managing and optimizing the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes, ensuring stability, security, and performance.Pay rate range (CAD): $65.23/hr– $75.28/hrResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availabilityLead system configuration, customization, and integration with existing ITSM processesPerform system upgrades, patches, and deployments on multiple ServiceNow instancesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actionsDevelop and implement solutions adhering to IT Service Management policies and standardsCollaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define scope and deliver technical solutionsConduct architecture, design, and code reviews for ServiceNow configurations and integrationsProvide 24x7 support during on-call rotations and perform off-hours maintenance as requiredMaintain documentation of system configurations, processes,
