Grounded in the Therapeutic Community model of treatment, the Agency is committed to taking the journey together and supporting those with whom we work to grow, thrive, and contribute to society.About the Role:As a member of the Clinical Leadership Team, the Clinical Manager – Supportive Housing is accountable for providing clinical direction, leadership and oversight of staff working within two distinct Housing Support programs.The Supportive Addiction and Mental Health Housing (SAMH) program supports individuals living in the community who are dealing with significant substance use issues as well as other complexities to enhance their quality of life through the provision of support to housing, support coordination, advocacy, and counselling. Staff in this program support clients engaging in transitional housing programs, as well as clients with ongoing support needs.The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) programprovides a long-term, affordable housing solution with flexible and voluntary support services offered to support high-acuity individuals who are homeless with housing retention and independent living.In this role, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for program planning, programming, recruitment support, and direct supervision of staff. In addition to demonstrating strong clinical skills and professional judgment, our ideal candidate will have experience in developing high performing staff teams.Role Type: Full Time, Permanent (1 vacancy)Hours of Work:Monday to Friday (days)Participation in a mandatory clinical "on call" rotation is also required, as a shared responsibility of the Clinical Leadership team,
