To meet this requirement Robotic Welders must program and operate equipment and work with numerous types of associated consumables.Essential FunctionsProgram and maintain program accuracy, and efficiency in weld cells.Robotically weld parts together according to drawings and specifications. All Robotic operators must use tape measures and/or verniers to assure the proper location of weldsEnsure all tasks are performed in the allotted time providedMust work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company rules, policies and proceduresMust use or wear equipment, protective devices or clothing as required by the companyClean all areas on parts of debris before application of weldsAssemble parts according to provided drawings and specificationsInspection of all welds to ensure conformance to specificationsAssure that 1st off/1st Part is inspected and meets Quality Assurance requirementsRemoval of completed parts from work area and preparation for next production stageCompletion of data entry and/or paperwork as requiredBasic maintenance of Welding and Set-up equipment in addition to ensuring gas and wire as required for the following shiftMaintain proper MIC housekeeping standardsMust notify lead hand and/or supervisors of all disfunctional and/or unsafe equipment or work practicesAll other duties as assigned by Supervisors and ManagersRequired Education & ExperienceExperience in programming,
