Sandbox Software is looking for an Account Manager to help us amplify good by supporting some of Canada’s leading non-profit, healthcare, public sector, and mission-driven organizations.This isn’t your average account management role. You’ll be the trusted advisor and day-to-day relationship lead for a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate digital initiatives while uncovering opportunities to expand and enhance the impact of their websites, hosting environments, accessibility programs, and digital services. Working closely with our delivery, support, and leadership teams, you’ll help ensure every client experience is strategic, responsive, and built for long-term success.Role DescriptionThe Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, supporting retention and expansion across assigned accounts, and ensuring clients experience responsive, strategic, and well-coordinated service throughout their journey with Sandbox.This role leads day-to-day account strategy for assigned clients, identifies opportunities to expand services, and works closely with internal teams to support successful delivery. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.The Account Manager works closely with other team members and departments to provide client leadership, support accurate scoping and forecasting, guide smooth transitions, and strengthen long-term client satisfaction and account health.Work Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hoursLocation:Hybrid, remote and at our Guelph location a minimum of two days a weekExpected Skills and Experience5+ years in account management, client service, business development, or delivery within a digital agency or technology services environmentProven experience managing key client relationships, account growth, renewals, and retentionStrong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and support revenue growthStrong ability to coordinate across sales, delivery, operations, and leadership teamsExperience leading or supporting proposals, estimates, statements of work, renewals, and client presentationsExcellent communication, organization, follow-up, negotiation,
and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts, priorities, risks, and timelines with strong attention to detailSound judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and a proactive client-focused mindsetExperience working with web, software, or digital transformation servicesExperience using CRM, project management tools, reporting frameworks, and pipeline trackingExperience leveraging AI or automation tools to improve efficiency is an assetWritten and spoken French proficiency is an assetResponsibilitiesAccount Growth and Pipeline ManagementContribute to account growth efforts by identifying client needs, expansion opportunities, renewals, and potential next stepsContribute to revenue targets through account expansion, renewals, repeat work, and strong client retentionMaintain visibility into opportunities across assigned accounts and drive timely follow-up with clients and internal teamsKeep client information, opportunities, pipeline activity, and account plans current in internal systems.Client Leadership and Relationship ManagementBuild trusted client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, business understanding, and sound judgmentUnderstand client priorities, challenges, goals, and decision-making context to help align Sandbox services to their needsIdentify opportunities to deepen partnerships and bring forward strategic opportunities, risks, or decisionsRepresent Sandbox confidently in client meetings, strategic check-ins, renewal conversations, and follow-up discussionsProposal, Scoping, and Solution DevelopmentLead or support proposals, estimates, statements of work, renewals, and client presentations for assigned accountsWork with internal teams to clarify scope, timelines, assumptions, pricing inputs, risks, and delivery approachEnsure client-facing materials are accurate, clear, commercially sound,
