Position TitleTechnical Records Analyst – Aviation OperationsLocation5310 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, ONEmployment StatusContract Full Time; Up to 18-MonthsWork ModeHybrid (3 Days Per Week)Hours of Work37.5 Hours/Week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pmTargeted Salary Range$73,757 – $87,586Key ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control checks and detailed review of incoming maintenance log pages, work packages, and component replacements.Review work packages for compliance and precision, validate task compliance, component replacement, and defect recording.Review and amend the company’s computerized maintenance record system.Update hard copy aircraft and component records as required.Recommend and implement process changes to resolve repetitive quality issues.Perform quality control checks and review certification documents and maintenance records for parts received within three days of goods receipt.Update the computerized maintenance program for all received parts, ensuring parameters, compliance, and configuration are accurate.Produce component reports for all incoming parts.Report any identified certification or compliance issues to management and vendors.Develop and maintain relations with vendors for record‑keeping purposes.Carry out quality control checks on all flight log records when the technical records clerk is absent.Communicate with maintenance and flight crew to ensure records are accurate and corrected as required.Report quality issues to the appropriate departments and recommend process changes.Provide technical support for the computerized maintenance program to line mechanics and the maintenance planning department.Prepare reports for repairs and modifications, engine trend monitoring data, compass monitoring data, and monthly/annual Transport Canada requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPost‑secondary diploma or degree.Minimum of three years of relevant experience.Experience with technical record handling, quality assurance, and quality control.Experience with computer‑assisted maintenance software, electronic filing software, data extraction, and report writing.Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations pertaining to record keeping and document control.BenefitsHealth and dental benefit plan.24/7 Employee and Family Assistance Program.Tuition reimbursement and learning & development opportunities.Equity, Diversity & Inclusion StatementOrnge encourages applications from candidates identifying as members of traditionally underrepresented groups, including First Nations, Métis, Inuit, urban Indigenous peoples, Francophone persons, Black and racialized persons, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and persons with disabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
