This role also has the responsibility to assist in managing the Health & Safety program at OnwardMore specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are toFleet managementDaily watering of equipment batteriesProactive management of maintenance and annual equipment certifications.Central point of contact for all machine issues, preparation of repair budgets and coordination with the onsite Technician to execute repairs.This is a new role,



and additional relevant tasks will be added as we gain a better understanding of what is needed.Health & SafetyManages all routine checks and inspections of racking and equipmentEnsures all administrative tasks related to the health and safety program are completed accurately and on timeWorks under the direction of the OPS manager managing communication and monitoring of health and safety programs and monitoring complianceAdditional tasks relevant to this role will be added as needed by the Operations ManagerConduct routine warehouse safety inspections and identify potential hazardsAsist in near miss investigation and documentationInvestigation and track root cause of injuries. Ensures to maintain all records and files.
