In this role, you will support enterprise and business strategy efforts by conducting analysis, developing insights, and helping teams make data‑driven decisions. Your work will shape and support key strategic priorities across the business as Lightspeed enters a multi‑year transformation.What you'll be doing:Support enterprise and business strategy through research, analysis, and insight development, including annual strategic planning and ongoing review cadencesBreak down complex business problems and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysisBuild models, synthesize data, and develop materials to support executive‑level decision‑makingContribute to the development of business cases, plans, and recommendationsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs and support execution of key initiativesHelp track progress and performance of initiatives against milestones and targetsWhat you need to bring:Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detailAbility to structure problems and work through ambiguity in a fast‑paced environmentComfort working with data and translating findings into clear insightsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and functionsProactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownershipFluency in English as a working language (required for this position)Even better if you have, but not necessary:1–3 years of experience in consulting,
