Slave Lake Veneer Division is currently recruiting for a Certified Millwright position.You'll Do:Maintenance of pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers & chains, bearings and hydraulics involved in the manufacturing processUndertake preventative maintenance program for equipmentRead blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to repair equipmentOperate hoisting and lifting devices to position machinery and parts during the assembly, installation, set-up and repair of equipment and machineryInspect and examine machinery and equipment and repair as requiredRepair and assemble hydraulic equipment and cylindersUse knowledge and skills to recognize opportunities for improvements and savingsVerify and document repairs madeWorking various shifts patterns.You have:A valid Inter-Provincial or Provincial Journeyperson Millwright certificationAbility to read blueprints, plans and schematicsMechanical aptitude; excellent problem-solving skillsCommitment to working safely and creating a safe workplaceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with little supervisionOrganizational and planning skillsMust be able to work various shiftsCompensation Package:The hourly pay rate for this position may vary depending on experience, education,
