Job Title: Underwriting Operations AnalystJob ID: 90268Location: Edmonton, Alberta – HybridOverview:Our client's Underwriting Operations team is growing! We currently have an opportunity for an Underwriting Operations Analyst based out of our client's Edmonton office. This role offers a hybrid work schedule – 2 days remote, 3 days in office – along with an excellent, close-knit team culture. Reporting to the Manager, Underwriting Systems and Operations, this role ensures the accurate integration of underwriting rules and processes into systems.What you will be doing:Lead assigned projects to implementationLead testing and validation of complex underwriting rules, product updates, and pricing changesDrive process improvement initiatives and system efficienciesProvide guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior analystsServe as subject matter expert for underwriting systems and business logicLiaise between business and technical teams to resolve issues across multiple platforms: Guidewire centers, Broker Management systems (including EDI, edoc), third party quoting tools (Applied, Acturis, etc.)Develop and deliver content for training materials related to underwriting systems, using a variety of training methodsCollaborate with leadership on strategy, reporting,
