Smarte Carte is focused on being environmentally responsible by owning/operating recyclable equipment and reducing our carbon footprint.BASIC FUNCTIONThe part time supervisor will be responsible for work at Vaughan Mills, including support of fitness locations, equipment to be maintained will include strollers, carts, massage chairs.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain excellent communication and cooperation with other employees and those at service locations.Practice safe work processes; assuring safety of visitors and employees.Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.Inspect and perform maintenance on equipment.Complete and submit all necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner.Other duties as assigned by management.ExperienceMinimum 3 years in a customer service role.3 years of field-based product support experience (route) is preferred.EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredQualificationsComputer & mechanical aptitudeExcellent communication & customer service skillsCERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESValid Driver license requiredPhysical RequirementsLift 40 lbs. to waist heightWalk and stand for 8 hours
