reporting and report outs processUnderstand and communicate financial drivers to forecast, quarters, and balance of year financial outlooks through robust analytics and recommendationsAnalyze brand P&L performance, assess pack and price architecture for new product launches, and present insights to cross0functional stakeholders.Develop finance skills through active collaboration with cross-functional partners across the businessSupport ad-hoc projects and analysis as requestedQualificationsCurrently enrolled in an MBA Program or Master of Finance/Accounting ProgramMinimum 3 years of post undergrad working experience in a Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Technology, or Engineering field, ideally with exposure to the CPG industryDemonstrated results as a leader in a work, school, or extracurricular settingStrong ability to think critically and analyze financial problemsComfortable in learning new software and especially solid excel and power point skillsDemonstrated communication & collaboration strengthsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAt the heart of PepsiCo are our people: professionals who bring curiosity, drive, and fresh thinking, working together to turn ideas into action.
