In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales of new and used vehicles.You will engage customers in the showroom and online, identify their needs, present suitable vehicle options,
and guide them through the full car sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.This role represents the brand and requires solid product knowledge, sales skills, and a customer-first mindset.Responsibilities and QualificationsWhat You Will Be Doing:Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, online, and via phone in a professional and engaging mannerConducting needs assessments to match customers with the right car, truck or SUVPresenting and demonstrating vehicle features including technology, safety, financing options, and trim levelsFacilitating the full automotive sales cycle, including test drives, pricing discussions, and closingBuilding and maintaining customer relationships to generate repeat and referral businessMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products, incentives, and competitor vehiclesUsing our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activitiesCollaborating with F&I (Finance & Insurance) Managers to support financing, leasing, and protection productsAssisting with vehicle deliveries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer handoff experienceSupporting dealership marketing initiatives, promotions, and showroom merchandisingParticipating in ongoing training for automotive sales techniques, digital retailing,
