The Industrial Hygiene Specialist will report to the HSE Director and lead the organization’s industrial hygiene program.ResponsibilitiesUse scientific principles and concepts to develop IH policies, standards, and operating guidelines; lead exposure assessment strategy on topics such as hearing conservation, ventilation management, exposure assessment, PPE, and TSCA.Develop sampling strategies and ensure all sampling is completed per recognized regulations, including job‑specific task sampling.Work with the analytical lab to ensure all data is analyzed and conducted according to approved testing methodology.Evaluate program documents, plans, procedures, and processes for compliance and alignment with minimum requirements of all applicable provincial and state regulations.Ensure industrial hygiene program requirements are implemented and maintained at all sites.Act as internal authority on current and proposed federal, state, and international laws and regulations related to occupational health and IH.Provide IH technical support to operational sites and the Corporate HSE team.Review documents, assessments, procedures, and medical surveillance programs to support compliance with IH program implementation.Serve as an internal IH auditor.Represent the company in dealings with regulatory agencies, trade associations such as ARMA, and other partners.Stay current on industry trends through technical conferences, membership in professional associations,
