ResponsibilitiesThe Information Technology Department (GBTO) has worldwide responsibility for supplying Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS) Divisions with the IT resources necessary to operate under competitive conditions in terms of technological standards, service quality and cost. GBTO is composed of diverse professionals who translate ideas into action daily by combining IT expertise with a deep understanding of the investment banking business and regulations. GBTO has a threefold responsibility:Deliver innovative IT solutions that enable GBIS to achieve its business objectives.Maintain a highly resilient, versatile, cost‐effective and well‐controlled production service for business applications, systems and infrastructure.Facilitate entry into new markets, comply with regulatory needs, grow business volumes and add operational efficiency improvements in the overall front‐to‐back processing environment.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain REST API (Java)



that meets front office and operations needs.Develop and maintain web interfaces using Angular.Support the business by providing solutions when production issues arise.Ensure consistency by leveraging best development practices and using continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Studies & ExperienceGraduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering school or university specializing in Computer Science.Previous experience in object‐oriented programming.Experience with version control systems (preferably Git) and web programming and REST APIs is a plus.Language SkillsFluent in English.Technical & Soft SkillsKnowledge of Python is a plus.Knowledge of JavaScript/Angular.Knowledge of unit testing, agile development and continuous delivery is a plus.Knowledge of financial products is a plus.Autonomy and rigor.Strong organizational and communication skills.Team player.VIE Assignment DetailsThis VIE position in Montreal starts on 1 November 2026, following a required preparation period of three months from the application date. The assignment lasts 24 months. The VIE contract is specific to candidates under 28 years old from the member states of the European Economic Space.
