As a member of an inter-professional team this position works directly with patients to identify and resolve actual and potential drug therapy problems through provision of comprehensive medication management.Travel may be a requirement of this position. Transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and may require the use of a personal vehicle.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceLicensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia; andTwo (2) years recent related patient care experience in a team based primary care setting; andValid Class5 Driver's LicenseAn equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.Skills And AbilitiesAssessment and Treatment:
