Position OverviewThe Manager, Data Analytics supports the development and delivery of data products, data solutions, and data management analytics. This role works cross‑functionally with Supply Chain Distribution, Transportation, Delivery, Finance, Master Data Management, and Analytics teams to enable reporting, develop measurement strategies, support data pipelines, automate processes, and apply analytics to improve data quality across the customer experience.The role requires a solid understanding of data capture and transformation across complex data models, identifying efficiencies in business processes through analytics, and operationalizing data‑driven products in a self‑serve environment for a wide range of stakeholders. You will provide thought leadership and act as a strategic and analytical partner across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAggregate data to enable reporting and self‑serve analytics for various internal teamsPartner with stakeholders to develop and maintain scorecards, reports, and dashboardsCollaborate with Technology teams to design, implement, and maintain reliable data pipelines for structured and unstructured dataProvide data extraction and insights to analysts and specialists developing customer‑facing experiencesRespond to ad‑hoc data and analysis requests on a regular basisDesign and implement efficient and scalable data pipelinesCompetenciesData engineering: designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processesTechnical skills: proficiency in SQL,
