Established in 2004, MODUS has successfully provided cutting-edge and cost‐effective building solutions to the educational, commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional sectors. Operating two manufacturing facilities totaling 200,000 sq. ft. of insulated and heated workspace, the MODUS team works to design, manufacture, and deliver building projects faster than traditional site‐built methods.Role DescriptionReporting to the Director of Design, the BIM Manager is responsible for leading both the digital delivery strategy and the design development process across modular residential, commercial, and mixed‐use projects. This role bridges architectural design, BIM execution, manufacturing systems, and construction delivery, ensuring that projects are aesthetically compelling, technically coordinated, and optimized for manufacturing efficiency and constructability.The BIM Manager is responsible to develop BIM standards, digital components and libraries, and digital automated workflows. They are also responsible to oversee and support model coordination and the execution of digital workflows by Design Team members during the development Building Information Models from concept through production. The BIM Manager is also responsible to lead and/or support design development for specific projects as time and workload permits.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans across all projectsLead model coordination and clash detection processes across disciplinesDevelop and manage BIM workflows to ensure model integrity, version control, and data accuracyDevelop and maintain a library of digital components and assembliesEstablish and manage common data environments and digital collaboration platformsEnsure models support estimating, scheduling,
