Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of property restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. Working closely with property owners, insurance partners, adjusters, and trades, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. and insurance partnersResolve project issues and customer concerns professionally and effectivelyGenerate new business opportunities through industry relationshipsManage multiple restoration projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service levelsYour strengths include5+ years of experience as a Restoration Project ManagerExperience managing large-loss restoration projectsStrong knowledge of restoration estimating, budgeting, and project management practicesProficiency with industry software such as Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyValid Class 5 Driver's License with an acceptable driving recordAbility to participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends as required
