Pay: CA$90,000.00-CA$100,000.00 per yearAbout the RoleSerruya Private Equity is seeking a detail‐oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to support financial operations within our Food Sector division. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role is responsible for managing day‐to‐day accounting activities, currently leading a team of 2-3 staff, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.This is a hands‐on role suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced, multi‐entity environment and is ready to grow with the business.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations for the assigned sector, including:Revenue reconciliation and Accounts receivableReviewing accounts payables from payment team and make sure coding's correct and policy is followedBank and balance sheet reconciliationsThird‐party reportingRoyalty and license fee calculations (if applicable)Prepare and analyze monthly financial statementsLead month‐end and year‐end close processes and meet the closing deadlinePrepare monthly management reports and variance analysisMonitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecastingEnsure compliance with CRA regulations,
