This newly created position will play a pivotal role within our firm, focusing on building and optimizing workflows, datasets, processes, applications and reports to support asset management operations. You will act as a bridge between business needs and systems, translating requirements into cutting-edge solutions. This role is based in Montreal and is an in-office position, requiring close collaboration with team members on‐site.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWorkflow & Business Application Development – Design, build, and refine workflows and business applications for various asset management functions (operational workflows, internal reporting, etc.). Engage with stakeholders across the firm to transform fragmented processes into efficient,



reliable and scalable business applications (using tools like Microsoft Power Platform).Business Intelligence & Insights – Design and deliver intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions that empower teams with actionable insights. Enable data‐driven decision‐making by transforming complex information into clear, strategic narratives.Analytics Engineering – Orchestrate and transform data across the organization to produce datasets tailored for specific business needs. Collaborate with business and data specialists to implement workflows and analytical tools powered by our data warehouse.Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities for enhancement of business processes. Use feedback to iterate on solutions and share best practices to improve overall operational efficiency. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides for all automated processes, datasets, dashboards, and applications, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science,



or a related field.Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst or analytics/process‐improvement role in a data‐driven environment.Previous experience in asset management or investment operations is a strong asset.
