Transdev Manitoba is hiring a Full Time Finance Manager to fill an existing role in Winnipeg, Manitoba.Job SummaryTransdev Manitoba is seeking an experienced and collaborative Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Winnipeg branch. Reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Finance, you will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll support.Your RoleFinancial Management and AccountingOversee all general ledger activities to ensure accurate and complete financial recordsManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, and related accounting functionsReview and approve journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly bank reconciliationsPrepare and submit GST/PST and other statutory remittancesSupport month-end and year-end closing processesMaintain strong internal financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, budgets, and forecastsMonitor cash flow and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisionsCoordinate audit requirements and prepare supporting documentationLeadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and develop the Winnipeg Finance team, including the Billing Supervisor and Accounting ClerkManage performance, workload distribution, and employee development while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.Operational SupportPartner with Operations Managers to resolve financial and billing mattersSupport customer invoicing, investigate billing discrepancies, and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors,



and internal stakeholdersReview new customer and vendor account setups and provide financial guidance to leadershipWorking ConditionsFull-time position (40 hours per week), primarily office-basedOccasional overtime during month-end, year-end, budgeting, and audit periodsOccasional travel to other company locations may be requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with extended periods of computer workRequirementsYour ProfileYou have a College diploma or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A CPA designation (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is considered an assetYou bring a minimum 4 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory roleYou have experience preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and managing Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, and Billing functionsYou posses strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll legislation, GST/PST, and CRA requirementsYou have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and working in a multi-site environment is an assetYou posses strong analytical, organizational,
