You will guide the technical direction, prototype using AI-assisted tools and mentor engineers to deliver measurable activation and paid conversions. You will own data pipelines, experiments, and cross-team collaboration, while advocating for a solid user experience and scalable architecture. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model in Toronto.
