We are a boutique salon and spa focused on creating an elevated, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for an RMT who is passionate about their craft, genuinely enjoys working with people, and takes pride in providing exceptional, personalized care. Our massage services are designed to be customizable to each guest, rather than fitting everyone into the same treatment. We want our therapists to have the knowledge and confidence to listen to their clients, assess their needs, and create a treatment that works for them.What You'll DoProvide professional, personalized massage treatments based on each guest's individual needs and concernsConduct consultations and review health history to ensure safe and effective treatmentsCreate a calm, comfortable and professional experience from start to finishMaintain a clean, organized and beautiful treatment spaceProvide guests with appropriate aftercare and recommendations for continued wellnessBuild genuine relationships with clients and encourage repeat visitsMaintain accurate treatment notes and client recordsWork closely with our salon and spa team to create a seamless guest experienceRepresent the House of Toli brand with professionalism, positivity and excellent customer serviceWhat We're Looking ForCurrent Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification and in good standingStrong knowledge of anatomy,



physiology and massage techniquesConfident performing a variety of massage techniques, including relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue workWarm, personable and professional with excellent communication skillsSomeone who is comfortable tailoring treatments to individual clients rather than following a one‐size‐fits‐all approachReliable, organized and able to work independentlySomeone who takes pride in their work and their overall guest experienceA positive team player who wants to be part of a supportive, professional environmentWhy Toli?We believe that the environment you work in matters.
