We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and motivated Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our professional team. Working with and mastering a up-to-date, cloud-based ERP will further enhance your career development. Complex inventory transactions are handled daily at Uniform Works Limited.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (Primary Focus)Oversee the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and collectionsMonitor customer accounts and aging, following up professionally to ensure timely paymentInvestigate and resolve billing issues, short payments, and discrepanciesPrepare AR reports and analysis for managementMaintain accurate customer records and documentation within the ERPCollaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account-related inquiriesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policiesSupport month-end and year-end close,
including journal entries and reconciliationsAssist with general ledger maintenance related to receivables and revenueMonitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and identify process efficienciesWork closely with other departments to track transactions and ensure proper documentationAid in the preparation of tax filings, including GST/HST and payroll remittances, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulationsSupport internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentationStay current with accounting standards and best practicesQualifications2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting roles with strong AR exposureAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independentlyProficiency in accounting software (e.G., QuickBooks, Sage); NetSuite ERP knowledge is an assetExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to ask questions and elevate issues when neededCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefitsComprehensive health and dental planFree parking; office conveniently located in Burnside
