The season begins annually on the corresponding second Monday of March.Qualifications are as follows:Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate students.Knowledge of sport and commitment to sport.Ability to give time appropriate in quality and quantity to maintain a successful program.Must display a positive attitude.Responsibilities:Scheduling of games and practices.Conducting team meetings.Communicating with student-athletes and families.Monitoring eligibility.Compliance with all MHSAA, OAA, and Oxford Schools Rules & Regulations.Supervision during transportation to and from sporting events.Corresponding with the OHS Athletic Office on a regular basis.Creating and implementing an off-season training plan.
