The Permanent Placement Recruiter - Engineering is responsible for managing and influencing the direct hire process of clients, prospects, and candidates within Manpower Engineering to achieve their monthly revenue goals.DetailsMaking an ImpactDrive entire sales and recruitment cycle for direct hire positionsSecure recent business with new and existing prospects and existing clients locally or on a nationwide basis, leveraging opportunities to expand a book of business.Attract, engage, market, and place candidates. Proactively build a strong pipeline of in-demand talent.Sharing ExpertiseSeen as industry expert and trusted advisor by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms.Understand and educate others on the dynamics of the direct hire market, labor and workforce management.Gaining ExposureCollaborate with colleagues in other geographies, brands, and verticals, to ensure the proper individuals are engaged to service any opportunities the Search Consultant uncovers.Act as counsel and advisor to our clients on talent and industry landscape, attraction techniques and employer brandEstablish credibility within candidate networks – sought out for opportunities and known as connector to opportunitiesYour Typical DayActively source both passive and active candidates for current searchesInterview and qualify candidates for current and future searchesProactively pipelining in demand passive talent to build talent communityBusiness Development planning and execution which includes proactively sharing top talent with new client prospects, following up on leads, and cold calling for new businessApply Direct Hire methodology to consistently and effectively manage and influence the candidate and client search process to ensure a consultative approachConduct detailed discussions with candidates to help them prepare for upcoming interviewsConduct detailed discussions with candidates and clients following interviews to influence next stepsHighly phone, computer, and technology-based roleOther accountabilities as assignedQualificationsRequiredIndustry: 2+ year of recruiting experience or sales experience in industryHistory of success in a role with specific KPI and financial deliverablesClient facing and/or sales experiencePrior experience or exposure to leading Direct hire searchesEducation: High school diploma or equivalentNice to HaveBrand knowledge: Knowledge in brand's focus area or related areaEducation: Associate's or bachelor's degreeBrand or focus area appropriate certifications/educationManpowerGroup is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
