We are seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our growing service team in Ottawa, ON.You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems on commercial and institutional projects. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring someone who takes pride in quality work and values working safely alongside a team.As An HVAC Journeyman, You WillInstall, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems according to mechanical drawings and specificationsPerform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, completing repairs efficientlyOversee daily HVAC work on-site and provide guidance to junior team membersWork closely with other trades and project teams to coordinate tasks and meet deadlinesFollow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with codes and regulationsMaintain accurate records and complete documentation using tools such as SharePointCommunicate clearly with clients, team members, and vendorsQualificationsStrong supervisory skills with experience in team oversightEffective communication skills for interacting with clients and team membersValid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licenseValid Gas Technician 1 (G1) licenseValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience working on active construction sites,
