Key Responsibilities: • Guide and assess the care provided by PSWs • Oversee the administration of medications to residents • Develop and adjust individualized care plans • Conduct health checks and report findings • Liaise with family members and external agencies

Requirements: • Registered Practical Nurse certification in Ontario • Preferred experience in retirement or long-term care • Solid communication and leadership abilities • Capability to assist in lifting and transferring residents • Recent vulnerable sector screening needed
