You'll work alongside an experienced service team in a professional shop environment, servicing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.Compensation & Schedule$38.75–$47.25 per hour flat rate, based on Chrysler skill level40 hours per weekSaturday rotation requiredWhat You'll DoAs a Red Seal Technician, your day will involve a combination of scheduled maintenance, mechanical repairs, electrical diagnosis, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for completing work efficiently while maintaining the quality and safety standards expected of a factory-trained automotive service operation.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment and proceduresPerform repairs and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehiclesComplete inspections and accurately document vehicle condition and recommended repairsPerform preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended servicesTroubleshoot complex vehicle systems and determine the appropriate repair strategyComplete repair orders accurately and communicate technical findings to the Service AdvisorPerform road tests when required to verify concerns and confirm completed repairsComplete pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles meet dealership quality standardsWork with the Parts Department to obtain required components and ensure repairs are completed efficientlyFollow manufacturer procedures, dealership processes,
