Junior designers are welcome if your fundamentals and portfolio are strong.What you'll doDesign across seating, tables, casegoods, and line extensionsTranslate design briefs into well-resolved solutions through:SolidWorks development (primary tool)models / mockups / prototypes as requiredCommunicate design intent clearly through visuals, presentations, and prototypesCollaborate with Product, Engineering,



and Manufacturing through structured stage-gate reviewsDesign with manufacturing in mind: how it's built, assembled, costed, and scaled — without compromising the aestheticWhat we're looking forStrong taste + strong fundamentals.
